Born and raised in Sturgeon Falls, Anick brings a genuine Northern Ontario warmth to her role as Patient Care Coordinator, Surgical and Medical Services at Visage Skin Clinique. While she plays an essential role within the clinic, her primary focus is supporting our OHIP and surgical patients, ensuring their care is well-organized, efficient, and seamless behind the scenes.

Anick began her journey in healthcare in 2019, driven by a strong desire to help others and make a meaningful impact. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of patient coordination and the importance of compassionate, detail-oriented care—recognizing that every appointment represents a patient relying on a smooth and supportive experience.

In her role, Anick is responsible for coordinating surgical and medical services, managing scheduling, patient records, and communication between patients and the clinical team. Her exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail ensure that clinic operations run efficiently and that every patient receives the care they need without unnecessary stress or delays.

While many patients may not interact with Anick as directly as they do with front-facing team members, her work is integral to their overall experience. She is a reliable and steady presence behind the scenes, helping ensure that each patient journey is thoughtfully coordinated from start to finish.

Anick is known for her strong work ethic, team-first mindset, and genuine care for others. She consistently goes above and beyond to support both patients and colleagues, contributing to a positive and collaborative clinic environment.

Outside of work, Anick is a devoted mother of four energetic boys, balancing a busy family life filled with sports and activities. Her ability to manage multiple responsibilities with patience and organization is reflected in her professional role each day.
