You’ll flow through dynamic sequences with fluid transitions, leaving you feeling strong, flexible, & rejuvenated.

Stretch & Restore
Monday — Thursday 12:15PM-12:45PM
A rejuvenating 30-minute lunch break class focused on relieving tension, enhancing posture, & revitalizing your body & mind.
Through gentle stretches & mindful movements, you'll alleviate tightness and improve alignment, helping you return to your day feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Evening Glow
Monday & Wednesday 5:30PM- 6:30PM
A calming class designed to release the day's tension. Focusing on deep relaxation & restoration, it features gentle poses, long-held stretches, & candlelight ambiance.
With minimal cues, you'll immerse yourself in breath & sensation for a truly meditative experience.
